These terms govern your use of CartLens ("the app"), a cart-analytics application for OpoShop stores provided by Found. By installing or using CartLens, you agree to these terms.
1. What CartLens does
CartLens is a read-only analytics tool. It reads your store's own data to show you abandoned carts, your conversion funnel and its leaks, shopper journeys, and real-time visitors. It does not modify your store, place or change orders, or contact your shoppers.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to manage the OpoShop store you connect.
- You are responsible for how you use the insights CartLens provides, including any outreach you choose to do to customers who abandoned a cart, in compliance with applicable law.
- You must keep your OpoShop account credentials secure.
3. Availability
We work to keep CartLens reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Analytics are computed from your store's data and are provided for informational purposes.
4. Data
Your use of CartLens is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is accessed and how it is protected. CartLens stores no payment card data and scopes all data to your store.
5. Fees
CartLens is installed through the OpoShop app store. Any pricing is as shown on the listing at install time.
6. Termination
You may uninstall CartLens at any time from your OpoShop admin. On uninstall, we pause processing of your store's data and will delete it on request.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of CartLens or from decisions made based on its analytics.
